Teaching Philosophy

I believe effective teaching is student-centered and responsive to individual needs. My instruction builds foundational skills through hands-on learning and meaningful connections across content. I design lessons that support critical thinking while using scaffolding, differentiation, and feedback to help all learners succeed.

Classroom Management

My classroom management is grounded in structure and consistency. I establish clear expectations and routines so students understand how to succeed and feel secure in the classroom environment. I maintain engagement through purposeful instruction and address behavior with calm, supportive strategies that encourage responsibility and self-regulation.
